Rental Requirements
$250 Deposit with a Major Credit Card and Drivers License
Required.
Must be 18 years of Age
Advance reservations required— Please reserve the house by
4 PM the prior day for early morning rental; and, prior to
2:00 PM the day of for late afternoon/evening rental.
Applicable taxes of 6.5% apply
Cancellation must be received 24 hours in advance or Full
Day Rate fee will be charged regardless of length of rental.
